About the Role

Westpoint Autos is looking for a tech-savvy, social, and organised individual to join our Service Bookings team across multiple sites such as Seventeen Mile Rocks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of admin, customer service, and social media interaction .

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing inbound and outbound service booking calls

Engaging with customers through online chat and social media platforms





Scheduling and rescheduling service appointments for multiple locations

Delivering a top-tier customer experience at every touchpoint

Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless service process

What We’re Looking For

A natural communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building rapport

Tech-savvy & social media confident – comfortable engaging online and using digital tools

Robust organisational & multitasking skills – able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently

Attention to detail and the ability to retain and recall important information

A proactive and positive attitude – solution-focused and ready to learn

Some phone-based customer service experience is highly regarded
