Gray Solutions Group is expanding its residential construction division, and we're looking for experienced Carpenters and Structural Landscapers to join our team across Moreton Bay and North Brisbane.

We're not looking for someone who needs constant supervision. We're looking for capable tradespeople who know their craft, take pride in their work and can get the job done properly.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work across a range of residential construction projects, including:

- Concrete sleeper and timber retaining walls

- Colorbond and timber fencing





- Timber decks and subfloor construction

- Pergolas, patios and outdoor structures

- General residential carpentry and structural landscaping

You don't need to be an expert in everything. Whether you're particularly strong in retaining walls, fencing, decking or general carpentry, we'd like to hear from you.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for people who can contribute from day one.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- At least 2 years of relevant practical experience

- Experience in residential carpentry or structural landscaping

- The ability to read plans, carry out set‑outs and work independently

- Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

- A strong work ethic and pride in your workmanship

- Construction White Card

- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

- Relevant tools for your trade

- Australian working rights

Trade qualifications are highly regarded, but we’re also interested in experienced landscapers with strong practical construction skills.
