Jay Jays in Maitland, NSW, seeks an experienced CoStore Manager to lead a dynamic retail team. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, manage stock, and maintain a vibrant store workplace that reflects our denim and fashion focus.

You’ll train and coach colleagues, optimise rosters for peak periods, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting KPIs and keeping loss to a minimum. Weekend and public holiday availability is required.
