SEEK is seeking an outbound sales representative for an 8-month fixed term within the Commercial Growth - Adjacent Revenue team. You will identify and engage hirers using behavioral signals, qualify opportunities, and guide customers from sign-up to posting their first job or shift, while maintaining CRM accuracy and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on a quick-paced sales motion, experimentation, and continuous improvement to drive growth.
