ShiftCare is seeking a Head Barista to lead our coffee team remotely from Australia. You will train baristas, maintain quality, and ensure excellent customer service in a rapid-paced cafe environment.

You will manage inventory, create new recipes, uphold health and safety standards, and collaborate with suppliers. A strong leadership record and advanced barista skills are essential, with Australian work rights required.
