Lifestart Disability Services is seeking a senior General Manager for the NDIS Early Childhood Approach to oversee five NSW regions on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will guide the Early Childhood leadership team, including five Service Area Managers, and drive performance, governance and strategic delivery across the program.
You will report to the CEO and partner with executive leadership to evolve the service during NDIA reforms, ensuring quality outcomes for children and families.
