Constantinople delivers an AI-native banking platform and seeks an Engineering Manager for the Lending team to guide design and delivery of loan origination, assessment, servicing and lifecycle events. You will mentor engineers, set technical direction and ensure quality and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with product, risk and operations teams to build strong controls, maintain auditability, and drive the lending roadmap in a rapid-paced, compliant environment.
