The Company is seeking an EVP, Growth to take the lead in acquiring new business and clients. This is a pivotal role that encompasses both sales and B2B marketing, with a focus on developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the growth function, from setting the strategy and defining goals to leading and expanding the sales team.

A key aspect of the role is to build a repeatable new business engine, including identifying the right prospects, reaching out to them, and converting them into clients. The EVP, Growth will also be expected to bring a robust point of view on various demand generation tactics and to work closely with the executive team on pipeline, forecasting, and revenue planning.
