Fabula, a quick-growing D2C coffee brand, is seeking a Head of Growth to own the growth engine and scale paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will lead creative strategy, testing, funnel optimization, and AI-driven workflows, partnering with founders to push CAC down and ROAS up.

This 100% performance role requires hands-on execution and a track record of scaling $50k+/month ad spends in DTC ecommerce. Remote work with global collaboration is offered.
