CMC Markets is seeking a practising solicitor to provide high-quality legal support to our ANZ operations across Australia and Recent Zealand. You will advise on regulatory, commercial, and product matters, lead and mentor the legal team, and partner with senior management to manage risk and protect the company’s reputation.

The ideal candidate has an unrestricted practising certificate, 10+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE), and experience in financial services, derivatives or securities
