Cirql is seeking a agile Financial Controller to take ownership of group financial management across a multi-entity structure. You will lead both onshore and offshore finance teams, optimise processes, and manage banking facilities and covenant reporting.
You will collaborate with executive leadership to embed robust controls, drive cash flow transparency, and support post-merger integration while ensuring compliance and governance across all entities involved.
