Aurecon Group is seeking a Legal Counsel in its Legal & Governance team for a fixed-term 12-month, in office role in Australia. You will advise on project engagements, review contracts, negotiate terms and manage disputes, while delivering practical governance support to the business.

The successful candidate will be admitted to practice in NSW or Victoria (Sydney or Melbourne base), with 6–9 years PQE and experience in consultancy services, infrastructure engagements, M&A; due diligence, and
