It designs and delivers secure, scalable technology that supports patient care across New South Wales, helping clinicians provide better healthcare. The organisation operates one of the state's largest ServiceNow platforms, serving employees across the NSW Health system.

The role

The Senior Platform Designer sits within the ServiceNow team and leads the design of intuitive, user-focused digital experiences across the platform. The role spans major programs, projects and platform enhancements, working closely with Product Owners and developers from discovery through to delivery.

What you would do

- Lead user-centred design initiatives across strategic ServiceNow programs and projects, partnering with Product Owners and developers throughout discovery and delivery.
- Drive the end-to-end design lifecycle, from initial discovery and research through to prototyping and high-fidelity design.
- Facilitate workshops and work with stakeholders to turn research insights into practical design solutions.
- Produce accessible, scalable design artefacts that promote consistency across the ServiceNow platform.
- Mentor junior designers and help build a culture of design excellence across the team.

What they are looking for





- Demonstrated experience leading human-centred design across the full design lifecycle in complex enterprise or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to translate user research and insights into practical, user-focused design solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across both technical and business teams.
- Hands-on experience delivering workshops, user research, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Experience mentoring others and building design capability within a team.

Working arrangements

The role is based at Chatswood (Zenith Centre), St Leonards or Charlestown in New South Wales, with hybrid flexibility. Applicants must have current Australian work rights (Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen with a current passport, or a valid visa with permission to work in Australia). Those residing outside NSW should indicate willingness to relocate.

Pay and perks

AUD 153,559 - AUD 182,954 per year (Health Manager Level 4), plus 12% superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading. Additional benefits include an allocated day off per month on top of annual leave and salary packaging options.
