CommBox is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager in Sydney to lead the strategy and operating model for the customer success function. You will own onboarding, adoption, engagement, reviews, training, health and advocacy, shaping a proactive, value-driven customer journey.

You will build and lead a team, partner with Sales and other teams, and drive cross-functional programs that maximize customer value across the lifecycle.
