Clubhouse Operations Group is seeking a General Manager to lead a major north Sydney clubhouse, combining a golf shop, restaurant, café and function space. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive revenue growth and profitability, and develop a high-performing team with a solid guest-first culture.

You will manage budgets, P&Ls;, staffing costs and service standards, while building partnerships with members and suppliers and guiding business development initiatives.
