Corto's AI Paralegal startup is seeking a founding engineer to build the next generation of legal software at the intersection of AI and automation. You will shape architecture, implement scalable services, and collaborate with legal-domain experts to translate requirements into robust systems.

You will join a small, rapid-moving team in Sydney with hybrid arrangements, owning core backend components, ML-driven workflows, and serverless infrastructure on AWS Bedrock.
