You will lead practical business improvements and strategic initiatives spanning process design, automation, governance, data and reporting to turn complex operational challenges into transparent, measurable outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across a highly interconnected organisation, building dashboards, managing cross-functional initiatives and helping scale operations as LUMEA grows
