Scape Australia, known as The Living Company, seeks a Talent Manager to lead national Talent Acquisition across Scape, Aveo and corporate functions. You will oversee high-volume frontline recruitment while handling specialist and executive hires, guiding senior leaders and building scalable systems.

You’ll lead a small Talent team, implement governance, and drive creative sourcing, market mapping, and AI-assisted tools to lift hiring outcomes across diverse brands.
