Bradken is seeking a regional HR Services leader based in Australia to oversee payroll, advantages and employee administration across 12 countries. You will manage a geographically dispersed team (Australia, India, China, Malaysia) and partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver compliant, timely service.

You will translate global priorities into practical regional plans, strengthen payroll governance and drive automation while supporting local requirements.
