Job Description:

Role: SDE Web Developer

Mandatory Technical Skills:-

- 6+ years of development experience.
- Development Experience with .Net Technologies ( ASP/ MVC).
- Data structure and Algorithm Design
- 6+ years of experience developing production quality code in a professional software engineering role
- Strong design skills ; ability to resolve ambiguity and deliver solutions that are sustainable and well factored
- Experience working as DevOps, to work on ETE in product lifecycle.
- BS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent industry experience

Desirable Technical Skills -

- Experience with SQL Queries, Power Shell.
- One must be willing to learn new technologies, explore and R&D.;

Mandatory Functional Skills:-

- Customer Service




- Receive/Gather Requirements from Customer for work items.
- Ability to Prioritize work items
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced agile environment
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Be self-critical and have an accountable work approach
- Experience working within a geographically-dispersed team
- Experience working across multiple groups and teams
- Previous experience working with Microsoft.
- Discuss and Identify Continuous improvement opportunities
- Monitoring and Controlling Execution of team work items
- Passion to drive improvement in the overall customer experience
- Monitor and improve on Team Utilization
- Track and Monitor SLA and Metrics
