Corymbia Reserve State High School will open in Logan Reserve in Term 1 2027. The school will cater for Years 7 and 8 at opening, with additional years added progressively.

The recent secondary school will increase schooling capacity and provide enrolment relief in the local network.

You will be responsible for delivering the department's vision and driving continuous improvement in the quality of teaching and learning. This includes creating a positive and inclusive school culture, embedding socially just practices and nurturing strong relationships across the school community.

A key component of the role will be building productive partnerships with parents, government agencies, community organisations, industry and business to strengthen opportunities and outcomes for students. You will foster a collaborative environment where staff are supported to engage in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development, while encouraging innovation and high-quality educational practice.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead with strong ethical and moral purpose,



inspire others and bring people together around a shared vision. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the school's direction, strengthening its connections with the community and ensuring students are supported to achieve their best.
