Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. This remote, contract role focuses on Computational Seismology and Geophysics, challenging you to design advanced problems and validate AI-driven solutions.

You will work 15–20 hours per week at $70–$85 per hour, require MS/PhD or equivalent research experience, solid Python, Linux/terminal proficiency, and hands-on experience with scientific software libraries to develop multi-step workflows.
