Kmart Group is recruiting a Retail Media Sales Lead in Victoria to drive revenue, shape our retail media proposition, and build lasting partnerships with advertisers, agencies and suppliers. You will own targets and lead cross‑channel campaigns across onsite, offsite, in‑store CRM and performance marketing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail or digital media, a proven ability to meet revenue goals, and robust prospecting and negotiation skills.
