NSW Health in Moree is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker to join the VAN service within a supportive, team-oriented setting.
Based at Moree Community Health Service, you will provide culturally protected, trauma-informed support and advocacy, coordinating cases with Aboriginal communities and health professionals.
You will build relationships, work independently with a cooperative team, and contribute to prevention and health promotion across local communities.
