Westpac in Hornsby, NSW is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist customers with everyday banking needs, respond to inquiries, and offer tailored solutions.
This role emphasizes transparent communication, problem solving, and delivering exceptional service in a customer-facing capacity.
It is a full time position, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.
You'll receive comprehensive training and work within a cooperative team to grow your career in banking.
