Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II (Real World Late Phase) in Australia to monitor sites, ensure GCP/ICH compliance, and manage data capture and queries. You will conduct in office or remote visits, support IP handling, and maintain essential documentation across study sites.

The role requires up to 75% travel, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to site management, with training provided as part of the Senior CRA framework.
