Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is seeking a Sous Chef – Banquets to lead our events kitchen with a focus on luxury banquet experiences.
You will mentor a team, craft refined menus with French flair, and ensure impeccable execution across high-volume conferences and bespoke banquets.
Partnering with the Executive Chef, you will champion quality, creativity and HACCP standards while guiding operations from prep to service for a world-class guest experience.
