Mind Australia Limited's Medicare Mental Health Centre in Canterbury, NSW, is seeking a Social Worker for a 6-month full time fixed-term role.
You will deliver brief interventions, case management, intake, risk assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
The role emphasises recovery-based practice and Open Dialogue principles, with adaptable scheduling as the service expands, including weekend/afternoon shifts to ensure high-quality care for the community.
