The Role
The role of the
Customer Service Officer
is to work between reception and café providing the best possible experience to both members and guests.
Weare looking forenthusiastic applicants thatare passionate about customer service.
You must have a high level of communication skills and positive organisational skills.
Whilst all necessary training will be provided experience working in administration, customer service and/or hospitality are desirable.

Key requirements of the position:
Perform administrative activities
Understand and communicate all of Ninja Parc's programs
Handle customer enquiries and feedback
General food handling and kiosk operation
Assist in membership sales
What we are looking for (Essential):
Ability to work with age groupsfrom 3to 103
Apositive attitude and high level of energy
Current First Aid and CPR




Working With Children's Check (Or equivalent)
National Police Check
Desirable:
Experience in administration/reception
Experiencein café/hospitality
Experiencein customer service/retail
Food handling certificate
Barista training/experience
