You will process rates, maintain revenue records, issue instalment notices and handle ratepayer enquiries in a skilled manner.
This role suits an experienced Rates/Revenue Officer or Accounts Receivable Officer who thrives in a rapid-paced setting and delivers excellent customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance.
