Bayside Health invites applications for a permanent full time Grade 1 Social Worker to join the Alfred Care Group at Sandringham Hospital, Melbourne.
You will identify patient needs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support general medicine patients.
The role requires a Bachelor of Social Work and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, with hospital experience preferred.
