Qantas is seeking a Portfolio Manager, Case Management (ER Manager) in Sydney to lead a team of four Case Managers acrossJetstar, Flight Operations, Engineering, QantasLink and Airports.
This role focuses on high-quality investigations and complex employee relations matters.
You will drive operating model improvements, adopt AI-enabled workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional ER outcomes.
Prior experience in HR leadership is essential.
