The Positive Guys in Kotara, NSW, seeks an enthusiastic Sales Team Leader to lead a high-performing sales team, drive growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while supervising performance and ensuring quality and compliance.
You will manage budgets, merchandising, web orders and cross-functional collaboration to boost profitability.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in sales leadership within retail, with robust communication, problem solving and people management skills.
