APM is seeking a dedicated Post Placement Support (PPS) Consultant to join the Workforce Australia Program.
The role focuses on supporting participants after placement, addressing barriers, and guiding sustainable employment outcomes.
Based in Bendigo VIC with potential coverage of North West Country SA, you will manage a PPS caseload, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify training and resources tailored to individual needs.
