Centacare Catholic Family Services in Mount Gambier is seeking a part time Case Manager to support women and children transitioning from crisis care through therapeutic case management and group support.
You will work with a trauma-informed approach, conduct risk assessments and safety planning, and help clients access long-term community supports.
Degree or Diploma in Social Work or related field and valid checks are required.
