Recruitflex is seeking an experienced Aged Care leader to join a leading Australian provider. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will focus on residents' health and wellbeing, delivering tailored care and implementing clinical care initiatives.

You will lead nurses and carers, drive compliance and manage administrative tasks to maintain high standards of care. The role requires AHPRA Div.1 RN registration, 3+ years of leadership in aged care, and robust communication and commercial acumen.
