Circle of Hope Services in Current South Wales, Sydney, seeks an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to assist participants in understanding and implementing their plans, coordinating supports, and building capacity for independence.

You will work with participants, families, carers, and providers to achieve meaningful outcomes, maintain records, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with NDIS standards and child safety requirements.
