RSL LifeCare Retirement Village in Ballina invites an experienced Café Manager to lead our popular café, serving residents, families and visitors. You will manage day-to-day operations, coach a small team, ensure outstanding service and food presentation, and drive café sales while maintaining food safety standards.

You’ll work in a vibrant, community-focused setting with a 5-day week, and a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave cover option.
