The role focuses on uplifting Australia’s defence manufacturing capability through supplier audits, maturity assessments and engineering governance in a safety‑critical, high‑integrity workplace. You will mentor practitioners, lead corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with MILSPECs and NAVSEA standards.
