ABOUT THE ROLE

Take ownership of a residential portfolio while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing an allocated residential portfolio.

- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections.

- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and tradespeople.

- Managing arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals.





- Building solid landlord and tenant relationships.

- Managing tenancy matters and legislative compliance.

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

ABOUT YOU

You're a confident, organised and proactive Property Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

- Minimum 2 years' Australian residential Property Management experience.

- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence.

- Strong communication and organisational skills.

- Ability to work autonomously and manage a portfolio.

- Professional maturity, initiative and attention to detail.

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

- Ailo or Property Tree experience highly regarded.
