It’s a busy site known for strong customer service, quality workmanship and a loyal client base, backed by a respected national network and run by a local owner who genuinely backs their people.

Your Role:

As our new Store Manager, you’ll:

- Lead, coach and motivate your workshop team to hit KPIs and smash sales targets
- Build solid, lasting relationships with customers, suppliers and clients
- Promote products and services with confidence and integrity
- Run day-to-day operations, keeping reporting accurate and the workshop safe, clean and welcoming
- Lead from the front and set the standard your team rises to

About You:

- 3+ years’ experience managing a service centre, automotive workshop or similar
- A hands‑on leader with a proven sales track record and a genuine passion for automotive
- Strong communicator and team leader focussed on customer service
- Trade-qualified? Great. If not, your leadership and customer service skills are what count
- Current Qld driver’s licence
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Available Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm and Saturday 8.00am – 12.00pm on a 2 week on/ 2 week off rotation
