Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) is seeking an Aged Care In office Pharmacist (ACOP) to support Residential Aged Care Facilities with medication management and collaborative care. This credentialed pharmacist will work within a multidisciplinary team to improve resident health outcomes and build family confidence.

Role focuses on interprofessional collaboration, clinical governance and Quality Use of Medicines, with opportunities for flexible scheduling across MLHD sites.
