You’ll drive the evolution of CRM, unlock automation and personalisation, and partner across Marketing, Technology, Data and Product to deliver smarter, connected customer experiences.

You’ll lead a 3-person team, shape lifecycle programs from onboarding to reactivation, and champion data-driven decision making to optimise engagement and business outcomes.
