Optus, an Australian telecommunications leader, seeks an Associate Director to advance inclusion, gender equity and employee listening across the enterprise. You will shape culture, strengthen the employee experience and translate workforce data into action that builds trust and business outcomes.

You will lead governance, roadmaps and KPIs for IDE initiatives, design end-to-end listening programs, and deliver insights to ExCo and the Board, enabling inclusive, high-performing teams.
