What Your Day Could Look Like

As part of a vibrant and professional team, you’ll have the tools, support, and guidance to succeed

- Manage a well-maintained property portfolio with in-office and field support
- Handle maintenance, arrears, lease reviews, bond processes, notices,



and tribunal matters where required and day-to-day communication
- Conduct entry, exit, and some routine inspections with reporting
- Review and manage correspondence and documentation prepared by your assistant
- Build strong, long-term relationships with owners and tenants
- No trust accounting, no invoicing, no leasing duties

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

- Previous experience in Property Management
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- A valid driver’s licence
