AutomicGroup is seeking an Associate, Capital Markets in Sydney to support end-to-end corporate actions for clients. The role suits a qualified with approx. 1–3 years in capital markets, share registry or related operations, working with clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution.

You will help with entitlement offers, IPOs, reconciliations and reporting, while developing transaction management expertise in a busy fintech environment.
