The Harvey Norman Oxley Bedding and Manchester Team are seeking a dynamite, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

n

As a Salesperson, you will have a genuine desire to find the best outcome for our customers. Designing a beautiful space for our customers to sleep is only part of this exciting position. You'll play a key role in helping customers improve their sleep while delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

n

To be successful you must:

- Have a passion for retail sales and solution selling
n
- Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
n
- Enjoy working in a team environment that is fast paced, where no two days are the same
n
- Be reliable and able to work a rotating roster with availability on weekends and public holidays
n

What we require:

n

n
- A high level of interest in Bedding and Linen products and love putting together solutions
n
- Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
n
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
n
- Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
n
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
n
- Ability to speak Vietnamese, Mandarin or Cantonese would be highly preferable, but not essential
n
- Most importantly, experience in (or ability to work in) a sales focused, successful retail business
n
