- Oversee parts warranty and returns processes with manufacturers
- Monitor department performance and report against targets
- Ensure accurate use of our DMS (Equip) for quotes, orders, invoicing and stock control
- Step in on the counter to interpret, quote and sell parts as needed

About you

- Proven experience in parts, ideally in agricultural, construction or automotive dealerships
- Previous management or supervisory experience, or ready to step up from a senior parts role
- Strong parts interpreting and product knowledge
- Experience with a Dealer Management System (Equip or similar)
- Good understanding of stock control and warranty processes
- A customer-first attitude and clear communication skills
- Strong organisational and computer skills

What we offer
