A globally recognised Swiss luxury timepiece and jewellery house is seeking an exceptional Client Advisor to join their Sydney CBD boutique.

This is a role for someone who genuinely loves high jewellery creations along sees timepieces as works of art. Not someone who has learned to talk about them and someone who is drawn to the craft, the heritage, and the extraordinary precision behind every piece. Someone who understands that a client purchasing a piece is not making a purchase. They are marking a moment. And they need the right person beside them when they do.

You will be joining a boutique that operates to the highest standards in the industry, serving a discerning clientele who expect to be remembered, known, and genuinely understood. The incoming Client Advisor will be expected to build a loyal personal client book and develop it with care across every interaction.

The Role

- Build and maintain genuine, long term relationships with a high net worth and VIP client base through exceptional clienteling and personalised engagement
- Develop and manage a portfolio of existing clients while actively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities
- Apply expert product knowledge to guide clients through complex purchase decisions with confidence, authenticity, and warmth
- Master and deliver the brand's selling ceremony with consistency and genuine passion
- Own your CRM discipline capture accurate client data, maintain quality outreach, and use client insights to drive appointments and repeat business
- Participate actively in boutique events, client activations, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence
- Support boutique operations including stock management, merchandising, and daily procedures
- Act as a role model on the floor, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of junior team members




- Represent the house with impeccable personal presentation at all times, inside and outside the boutique

About You

- Minimum 3 years experience in luxury retail, with a genuine background in timepieces, fine jewellery, or high value luxury products
- A deep and authentic passion for jewellery and watches you follow the industry, you know the complications, and you can speak about horology and gemology with genuine authority
- Proven ability to build and develop a loyal client book and engage high net worth clientele
- Strong CRM experience and an understanding of how client data drives long term relationships and commercial results
- Natural interpersonal skills and the ability to make every client feel like the most important person in the room
- A commercial mindset you understand your targets, own your performance, and consistently look for opportunities to grow
- Impeccable personal presentation aligned to the standards of a global luxury maison
- Calm, considered, and unhurried you understand that pace in this world is part of the experience
- Fluency in a second language is highly regarded
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends as required
