Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Town Planner or Senior Town Planner with experience across development application (DA) projects. This position will focus on statutory planning, managing projects from initial advice through to approval.
You’ll work across a variety of residential and commercial developments, liaising with clients, councils, and consultant teams to achieve successful outcomes. 3 days work from home and 2 days from the office once onboarded.

The Role

About You

- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in town planning
- Strong DA / statutory planning experience
- Sound knowledge of the Queensland planning framework
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
